OUR STORY
A Moroccan tradition
Gazelle Pastries is inspired by the timeless Moroccan delicacy known as Kaab el Ghazal, "Gazelle Horns."
These elegant crescent-shaped pastries have been part of Moroccan culture for generations, traditionally served during celebrations, weddings, holidays, and moments of hospitality. Delicate and refined, they are known for their thin handcrafted dough wrapped around a fragrant almond filling scented with orange blossom water.
The name comes from their graceful curved shape, said to resemble the horn of a gazelle, a symbol of beauty, elegance, and softness in Moroccan culture.
"To share a pastry that feels timeless, elegant, and deeply personal — one that carries the warmth of Moroccan hospitality in every bite."
At Gazelle Pastries, we preserve this tradition through thoughtfully sourced ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. Each Gazelle Horn is handmade in small batches with careful attention to texture, balance, and detail.
They are best enjoyed slowly. Pour a glass of mint tea or a quiet cup of coffee, gather the people you love, and let the afternoon unfold. Or treat yourself by savoring the pastry in your own company.
